Reads public rankings from the Warcraft Logs GraphQL API (characterRankings). Create an API client at warcraftlogs.com/api/clients — browser flows must use PKCE or paste an access token; client credentials here are only appropriate for a local / personal tool (never ship a secret in a public production site).

Authentication

Encounter IDs match the boss in Warcraft Logs URLs and the in-game journal. Example: open a boss on warcraftlogs.com, then copy the encounter id from the rankings URL.
